Please follow the steps below to sign up as a Regional Sponsor:

Appoint an Administrator: Designate a primary contact to serve as the Bundle Administrator, responsible for managing your organization’s sponsorship.
Administrator Registration: The Administrator selects the appropriate WAHRMM Regional Sponsorship level and completes registration.
Member Signup: After registration, team members complete the form and select “WAHRMM Regional Sponsor Member.”
Member Record Migration: The Administrator consolidates all member records under the organization’s sponsorship bundle

WAHRMM Regional Sponsor - $4,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 25 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments WAHRMM Regional Sponsorship is equivalent to being an Elite Sponsor at the chapter level, but rather than sponsoring an individual chapter, you become a sponsoring member of all chapters with one transaction. In addition, WAHRMM Regional Sponsors enjoy expanded benefits

-25 individual members for your organization
-Access for all members to all chapters
Please note: 5 member attendance limit per
event. Exceptions may be requested with
individual chapters.
-All other benefits of chapter Elite sponsorship
*Opportunity to serve on a Chapter Committee (See chapters individually)
*Regional Sponsors have exclusive opportunities to engage with a chapter as follows (additional costs may apply):
1) Provide a speaker for an event
2) Be a meal sponsor for a conference
3) Host/Sponsor an educational event
4) Host/Sponsor a virtual Lunch and Learn
5) Host/Sponsor a social event

WAHRMM Regional Small Business Sponsor - $2,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 15 members) Subscription period: Unlimited WAHRMM Small Business Sponsor is equivalent to being a Club Sponsor at the chapter level, but rather than sponsoring an individual chapter, you become a sponsoring member of all chapters with one transaction. In addition, WAHRMM Regional Sponsors enjoy expanded benefits.
Must be a small business as defined by Federal guidelines
(Less than $10M annual revenue)
(Less than 200 employees)

-15 individual members for your organization
-Access for all members to all chapters
