  Healthcare workers and students. No charge to attend conference.
• Breakfast Sponsor – $1,500.00
  Vendor sponsor for breakfast. Will include signage and inclusion in break event slides. Will have a 5 minute speaking opportunity at 7:50. No presentation only speaking. Includes 2 vendors to attend.
• Lunch Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Vendor sponsor for lunch. Will include signage and inclusion in break event slides. Will have a 10 minute speaking opportunity at 1:30. No presentation only speaking. Includes 2 vendors to attend.
• Snack Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Vendor sponsor for snacks. Will include signage and inclusion in break event slides. Will have a 5 minute speaking opportunity at 10:55. No presentation only speaking. Includes 2 vendors to attend.
• Student Ticket
  You must register with your institution email address to use the $0 student discount
• Table Sponsorship – $650.00
  Table Sponsorship will be $650.00. It will include the table, advertising on slides during the event, a personal thank you within 5 days of the event on LinkedIn. Includes 1 vendor with the table. Note we cannot allow any equipment at the event due to size of venue. Power is not guaranteed so please plan accordingly.

  If your employer is one of our Regional or State Sponsors please use this option to register for the event. Questions on # of attendees able to register should be directed to ahmmachapter@gmail.com before registering extra vendors.
• Vendor Ticket without Sponsor Table – $75.00
  This will allow a vendor to attend event without a table sponsorship. Can also be used to add a vendor spot if more than 1 person is attending with table sponsorship. (limiting additional vendors to 20 to ensure space for hospital personnel)
